1. Public speaking

I'm not very comfortable speaking in front of groups, but I know that it's an important skill for many careers. I can also take a public speaking class or watch videos of other people giving speeches.
2. Time management

I sometimes have a hard time staying on top of my workload and meeting deadlines. I can improve my time management skills by setting realistic goals for myself, breaking down large tasks into smaller ones, and scheduling time for important tasks in my calendar. I can also learn to say no to requests that will take up too much of my time.
3. Emotional intelligence

I'm not always great at understanding and managing my own emotions, and I sometimes have a hard time relating to the emotions of others. I can improve my emotional intelligence by learning more about different emotions, practicing mindfulness, and being more open and honest with my feelings.
